1 Month Post Op. Patient is fully healed from the Triple Augmentation with Dermal Skin Graft & Circumcision. He followed my pre and post surgical instructions and healed in four weeks. This Patient Who had The Triple Augmentation with Dermal Graft & Circumcision is fully healed. He has been using The Grip weight system for 13 days now (march 23rd). All patients have some erect length shortening the first month. This is due to internal swelling and minimal scar tissue in the pubic region from cutting the ligaments (lengthening). The surgeon places a Scaffold in the pubic region to dissect the scar tissue for two out of the four weeks of the healing process.
