Silicone Implant Reconstruction Patient: 2 Stage Operation
This man had 8 procedures with a Phalloplasty surgeon. 6 of those procedures he tried all different Penile Silicone Implants for a Girth Augmentation. Each implant rejected within two weeks. The surgeon kept recommending different sizes and "Non Allergic" implants. Each one rejected and left this man with a 2" flaccid by 2" erect penis. He used to have a 6" erect penis.
This patient also had a wound opening behind the head that wouldn't close.
Our surgeon gave this patient a two step operation starting May 19th of 2011.
1. Wound closure behind the head in the sub coronal region.
2. Scar tissue revision with Penis Lengthening & Scaffold. The Scaffold is to prevent the body from developing more scar tissue while the patient can't stretch.
Then once he is healed he must do aggressive weight stretching for the next year to get back as much original length as possible. Hopefully he can see even more gains than his previous length. We are happy that he has gained natural girth from the huge implant being removed, but after the first implant being removed that surgeon should never have recommended anymore implants.
This man has completed his first procedure and is fully healed. His next procedure is July 28th and we are very excited for his soon to be excellent gains!
The patient's first procedure of the wound closure behind the head has fully healed. On July 28 he will have his second procedure of Scar Tissue Removal and Penile Lengthening with Scaffold.
These photos were taken 8 months after his first procedure with us. When his Silicone Implant was removed the patient retracted from 6" erect length to 2". Now with our surgeons two stage revision procedure this patient is 2" longer flaccid and almost back to where he used to be with erect length.
