Pubic Lipectomy (Supra Pubic Lipo)

The majority of men that are of average weight, slightly over weight or obese has a good chance of having excess fat in the pubic region due to increased pubic or supra pubic fat. This may result in a hidden penis, buried penis or loss of penile length.

When you measure your erect length with a pubic fat pad, the ruler usually goes into your skin .5"-2" until it hits the pubic bone. Once the excess pubic fat is removed you can measure your erect length without pushing the ruler into your pubic area. You can see immediate penis length gains.
