My Successful Reconstruction Surgery: Part 2
So now I was in my hotel room relaxing. I really didn’t want to move around much and just stayed in bed for the late afternoon/evening. When I went to the bathroom I couldn’t see my result because of the bandages on me. But I was very excited because the doctor would change the bandages in the morning! Surprisingly I didn’t have any pain moving around like I did with the Penile Fat Injection surgeries! I was slightly uncomfortable but there really wasn’t any pain! It was a little tricky going to the bathroom with the bandages on, since my head was slightly sticking out of the bandages, so I went in the bath tub. Then I had food delivered to my hotel room and went to sleep early without any problems.
Now I did opt for Dermal Widening Grafts to be taken from my under my butt creases. It sounds unpleasant but it’s pretty much like a butt lift. The doctor can also take Dermal Grafts from your inner creases of your butt, lower back or stomach. I’m very happy about the location I had it taken from and the doctor said that I had the most grafts in that location.
Now a quick brief on Dermal Widening Grafts is it’s tissue taken from one part of my body and wrapped around my penis. The great news about Dermal Widening Grafts is its living tissue. So it connected to my blood supply real quickly! You can gain 1-2” in girth and sometimes more if you have thicker skin and a larger body type!
A quick brief on AlloDerm ® is its Cadaver skin that is purified of any diseases and wrapped around your penis the same way as Dermal Grafts. The average gain is ¾-1” or more in permanent girth! Penile AlloDerm ® is ideal for people not wanting a donor scar site like with Dermal Grafts, so the only incisions is on your penis.
I was debating on having AlloDerm ® or Dermal Grafts for the penile widening procedure. Including the doctor told me both are excellent with permanent results, but I ended up choosing Dermal Grafts since I wanted the biggest result I could get.
Dermal Grafts can amount to 6-10 sheets if you have lots of tissue to work with! The doctor puts in 4-5 sheets of Penile AlloDerm ®, which was more sheets than any other doctor had offered that I contacted. They were telling me 1-3 sheets max, not 4-5!
When I woke up in the morning I felt a lot better! The anesthesia wore off and I headed to the doctor’s office. I was really surprised at how my mobility was! I could move around pretty easily, especially since this surgery was more invasive then having Penile Injected Fat put in my penis and penile lengthening surgery from the other doctor, where I couldn’t walk literally for a week. So I felt it was because this doctor is a lot more skilled than the other one and really took his time with my surgery!
When the doctor saw me the morning after surgery he taught me how to wrap and un-wrap the bandages on my penis. Once the bandages were off my penis, I couldn’t believe how huge I was! I felt it and there were no more lumps, bumps or clumps! Just a huge, natural looking monster! Then the doctor taught me how to take the antibiotics and erection control medication. He said I gained almost 2" in girth and 2" in flaccid length. He said I will have to use penile stretching equipment to get more erect length.
Now the erection control medication is a must since you can’t have an erection for the healing process. Since I’m in my mid 20’s I thought it was going to be more difficult to control my erections, but the medication really works! I didn’t have an erection for about 2 weeks, then I just upped the dose and it worked all through 6 weeks! It also killed my desire for masturbation and sex.
The doctor also told me that I had an average size Dermal Graft at best. But from the way my penis looked, I said it’s more then enough girth! Then after we spoke for a while I took the cab back to my hotel.
Now I had the physical/consultation on Sunday, had the surgery Monday morning, I went back to the doctor’s office on Tuesday morning, and my flight going back home was for Friday. I felt good enough to fly back on Wednesday but didn’t know I would feel this good!
The day after surgery I took it easy at the hotel. The staff at the hotel was great, and ran out to the drug store and restaurants each day I was there. On Wednesday I felt good enough to go for a walk. I went for a ½ mile walk and picked up dinner and walked along the beach. I felt great and couldn’t believe how much mobility I had just two days after surgery. I felt good enough to fly home but the area was nice enough to live in, let alone stay for another two days.
On my flight back home my butt still had a slight numb and raw feeling, but it never did hurt to where I even needed Tylenol. It wasn’t the most relaxing 5 hour flight back home, but I did sleep most of it.
When I got home I followed my doctor’s post op instructions. I took the anti biotics for a few weeks (2-3 weeks), took the erection control medication (6 weeks), changed the bandages and cleaned the incision areas twice each day. It was a very easy routine to do. I am happy the prescribed medication didn’t make me drowsy!
I changed the bandages twice a day for two weeks. Each time I had it off I couldn’t believe how huge I was! I took a tape measure and measured lower 6’s flaccid at the base of my penis, and then upper 5’s at the mid-shaft! I couldn’t wait until I could got an erect stat of myself penis girth! I was even told that my penile girth will be wider since the erection control medication restricts the blood flow in my penis, so once I was off the medication I would be even wider!
Now the rest of the 6 weeks I really just had the same routine. The bandages came off after 2 weeks, and I was able to shower at that time as long as I didn’t get water on the incision areas. Each time I looked down at my new size I couldn’t believe it was me! Even the incisions were very thin and would scab over in the 6 week healing time frame. Also at the 3 week point my butt scar was hidden underneath the creases without any bruising! Including the Butt Lift from the Dermal Fat Grafts gave me a rock hard butt!
At the 6 week point the last scabs came off, and I finally got permission to masturbate and have sex! Unfortunately I wasn’t going out with anyone at the time (maybe it was a good thing), so I think you can guess what my only option was at that moment! As the months went on my girth has stayed the same size! Since writing this I am a year post op from this Penis Reconstruction Surgery, and I haven’t lost any girth! I even wear a female condom during sex since a Magnum XL doesn’t fit! Including my erect length is more than before all surgeries. Everything worked!
Now I don’t want to get too graphic, but when I got an erection I couldn’t even fit my large hand around my penis! That was how wide I was! I measured my erect girth and was 6.8” at the base, 6.4” mid-shaft and upper 5’s behind the head! Now that was a huge increase from my old 5” inch girth. The doctor told me that there is more room to fit more grafts going up to the base of the penis, which is why I’m thicker there. He did give me an option to have the grafts trimmed so I’d have a closer result in size, but I wanted to get as large as possible in each area, so I said put as much in as you can!
Also at the 6 week point for my Penile Fat Injection (free fat transfer surgeries, the fat had already reabsorbed into my body and I was a lumpy mess! Now this Triple Augmentation Surgery from the new doctor was the real deal! Yes it’s more invasive, but my mobility was better right after surgery, I am 2" longer flaccid length, 1" longer erect, all the lumps, bumps and clumps were gone, I felt 100% natural, and I was in the 99th percentile in girth!
I highly recommend contacting me if you are thinking about Penis Enlargement Surgery! After you read each of my true stories about my experiences, I hope that you really think twice that “a cheaper surgery isn’t always better,” like the Penile Fat Injections (fft, free fat transfer. But if you spend a little more time researching and a little more money, then you could have a permanent result! Not like a Penis Fat Injection that might absorb in a month or so.
