My Successful Reconstruction Surgery: Part 1
I want to start my Penile Reconstructive Surgery story by saying that I was a mess before hand with penile injected fat (FFT, Penile Fat Injection) into my penis. Now I am a changed man and I literally think that my penis looks bigger than the majority of men in the adult industry! Including the feel of my penis feels like I never had surgery done! It’s that natural feeling! I have 100% faith in this doctor that I am going to talk about my experience with him and hope you will contact me about options for your surgery!
So now I’m sure you all know that I am researching on the internet about future surgeons. I needed to get fixed in the worst way! I had no idea who could do it take out Penile Fat Injections (FFT, Free Fat Transfer)?
I then found the doctor who convinced me into the Penis Fat Injection route on the internet. He had all these Malpractice claims against him! He is known to butcher people's penises! I really wish I looked him up back then!
Each doctor I contacted in the United States said they couldn’t take out the Free Fat Transfer. But then I came across a doctor who not only reconstructed penises, but he also claimed that he had permanent girth enhancement procedures, such as AlloDerm®, Dermal Grafts and Glanular Enhancement.
Now I was skeptical on this surgeon since I already had a horrible experience with penile fat injections (Penile Fat Transfer). So I wanted to see proof of people’s pictures, and I also wanted to speak with someone that had the surgery from him.
I ended up speaking to a few people and saw a good amount of pictures from both penile reconstruction surgeries, as well as penile cosmetic surgeries. Every picture looked incredible and the people were very knowledgeable. So after all the facts I gathered up, I said to myself that "this is the surgeon I should have gone to in the first place!” Of course I was second guessing myself, but I also had to take care of my lumpy penis from the penis fat injections (Injected Penile Fat). But I also wanted to be larger since I was investing all this money and I didn’t want to be the same I was before those surgeries. So I ended up choosing the Dermal Graft Widening Enhancement (learn more about Dermal Fat Grafts by clicking it as with AlloDerm® and Glanular Enhancement) taken from under my butt creases, I chose the Glanular Enhancement (to increase the coronal ridge of my head), and it was the doctor’s best interest to do the Penile Lengthening (where he will severe the Suspensory Ligament) again where he will clean up all the scar tissue as well.
So I flew to get the surgery done in Southern California. I had a physical/consultation with the doctor a day before my surgery, and he explained everything to me in full details. He was very knowledgeable and spoke with me for over an hour. The doctor told me that he prefers people coming to him first so he can perform penis enlargement surgery the right way, instead of people coming to him later down the road for a penile reconstruction. But he told me later down the road if I am 100% satisfied, then I could possibly assist him since I am very social and enjoy speaking with people, which he found out from our long conversations. I am also as honest as a person comes and really had to be 100% satisfied in order for me to work with him in the future. You will see from my Before & After Pictures what I’m talking about!
So the night before the surgery I made sure I didn’t eat or drink anything after midnight. I was actually pretty emotional and second guessing myself if I should get the surgery done. I was and still am very open with my family about all the surgeries I’ve gone through, and they really didn’t want me to get anything else done except for having the penile fat injection removal (FFT, Free Fat Transfer) taken care of. So I went to sleep and used the “I’ll sleep on it” term, and then I will make up my mind in the morning.
When I woke up in the morning I still wasn’t sure what to do, but I took a cab anyways to the doctor’s office. Then the doctor personally gave me a ride to the surgery center. I almost told him I don’t know if I can go through with this and just want the Penis Fat Injections taken out, but I just couldn’t say it. I really wanted to be bigger and this was my chance! So he spoke with me the whole one hour car ride and listened to my entire surgery story. He told me that he has fixed numerous people from penile fat injections (FFT, Free Fat Transfer) and is highly against doctor’s performing it.
So now I was at the surgery center and signed all the paperwork. Then I went in back immediately after I signed everything and sat in the surgical bed. I thought to myself, "now this is quick and I don’t have to wait over 2 hours to go under the knife!” Then next thing I knew I woke up and the nurses told me everything went great! Then the doctor told me it was a 6 hour surgery since it took a while getting all the Free Fat Transfer out, and then to put in Dermal Widening Grafts, Glanular Enhancement, Penis Lengthening and Scar Tissue Revision. The surgeon also told me the first doctor didn't do the Penile Lengthening properly, and that my ligament was only severed 30%, so he severed it 90%.
The doctor gave me a ride home and I was feeling a little groggy from the anesthesia. He ran inside a drug store right by where I was staying and he brought me a soda, post operative bandages and a few other things. He really was a stand up guy to do that! The other doctor who injected fat in me didn’t say more than 30 words total in the four times I went there for surgery. Actually he said more like 10 words total (I swear) the last 3 of those times. So this was a completely different experience in a great way so far!
6 Weeks After Third Penile Fat Injection which left me Deformed!
9 months after removal of Penile Fat Injection and insertion of Dermal Grafts, Penile Lengthening and Glanular Enhancement (Triple Augmentation combined) I am almost 2" thicker and longer!
Over 1 Year after my Penile Fat Injection Surgeries! I was left deformed!
