Dual Augmentation with Belladerm, Lengthening & Scaffold 11/9/11

This patient had the Dual Augmentation. This included Lengthening with Scaffold and Belladerm Widening Graft. His flaccid length and erect length was already above average, but his girth was average at 5". He didn't want a Dermal Graft scar on the body and wanted to quickest recovery possible. He opted for Penile Belladerm as we only make one incision. This incision is in the pubic region and doesn't touch the penis at all.

A full Belladerm recovery is two weeks. Patient can even go out the next day and enjoy themselves. Little to no bruising is expected. Patients can expect immediate penile flaccid length gains, immediate penis girth gains and erect length gains with the penis weight stretching program we got him on.

All patients have Phalloplasty will have a surgical drain inserted in their pubic region. It will keep bruising/swelling down and prevent any fluids building in your penis. The surgeon will remove it 2-4 days after surgery depending how much fluid is left.

 Some patients are born with a penis curved to the left or right, just like this patient. This is due to uneven cavernous body development. That means the corpus cavernosa body is smaller on one side than the other. This curve can be significantly corrected with the Belladerm Girth Augmentation.

This Dual Augmentation with Lengthening & Belladerm is fully healed. The patient will start using The Grip System. He will start to gain length in the coming weeks and we will continue to post photos.

The Patient has also reported 1.25" girth gains in the erect state.
