Not Included: Medication and blood work. Medication can be purchased at the surgery center or any pharmacy. Please inquire about medication costs with surgeon because some may be covered by your health insurance.

If you are paying a portion or the full surgery amount in cash, we accept wire transfer to the surgeon's corporate Chase account.

All deposits are non refundable. If surgery is not performed on your scheduled date for any reason you must contact the surgeon to discuss a later procedure date and details regarding your deposit.
