I have always been average in size. Before any surgery I was 6" erect length and 5" erect girth. From the studies on the web I have found that it's about average. But is average enough for you or your partner, and does my partner think I am average in their mind? Well average definitely wasn't enough for me!

I once came across an article in a magazine where it talked about ways to increase length and girth. Each penis enlargement method had a review. The reviewers all gave negative feedback for everything except for Phalloplasty (penis enlargement surgery). The negative list was including pills, pumps and certain stretchers. The magazine also said that surgery is in the ballpark of $10,000, so it is not in everyone's price range. At that time the internet was rather new, I was in my teens, and I disregarded the whole concept at that time. But as the years went on I kept thinking what it would be like to have a larger penis?

I am 25 years old now and have had about 10 girlfriends. Even with my average size, I was always self conscious thinking to myself, "what are they thinking?" For example: Am I larger than their other partner's, am I good in bed, does size really matter to them, are they judging me and telling their friend's about me? The list can go on and on.

I also go to the gym to workout quite a few times a week. Before I became huge with surgery, I always wore a towel in the locker rooms, including when I walked to and from the shower or heading back to the locker. I just couldn't bear to see people with a larger penis than I have. The whole shrinkage factor messed with my mind too much! But I can tell you that 9 out of 10 people at my gym don't want to be seen naked and cover up very quickly.

Everything took place when I was 23 years old, after I kind of forgotten about wanting penis enlargement surgery. I have always been very social at my gym and have made very good friends there. One of them I got to know (and we often spoke about random things in life). I asked him one day what he did for a living. His answer was "I make penises larger." Right then and there I was in awe and desperately wanted to know more about it! He told me to come over to his house to talk about it personally. We always had a friendly relationship at the gym, so I said "that would be great!" Especially since I always wanted to have this surgery done, and now a friend of mine who I trust says he performs it! I felt I couldn't go wrong! Or could I???

Now when I got to his house he told me that he just retired (he's 80 years old) but used to perform Phalloplasty surgeries. Oh well I though but I'm still interested in hearing what he had to say. He told me his good friend and colleague performs Phalloplasty surgeries as well, and that he recommends him over anyone (Also this was before I figured out he was making a nice referral fee). He also talked about the penile lengthening part of the surgery and the way he performed penile widening surgery. He told me I could be 2 inches longer both flaccid length and erect length if I used a penis stretcher device 24/7 (which I did) after penis lengthening surgery, and possible the same if I had two penile fat injections three months apart for the penis widening surgery. He also told me how fat was taken from my love handles, stomach and/or butt cheeks, and then the fat would be injected into my penis.

One of the worst parts of this surgery was that I'm always in good shape. I always work out and eat healthy. The doctor (who I met at a gym of all places) told me that I was too lean, and that I had to put on 20 to 30 pounds to have enough fat so the referred doctor could inject fat into my penis. Each time I went to have more fat put in I had to eat junk food. So each time I went to the surgery center I would have enough fat to be injected into my penis. I still to this day wonder how a doctor could tell me to eat lots of junk food so I can have such a small amount of fat injected into my penis?

I just want to put into account how unhealthy it was for me to eat that much junk food in a short period of time! I had surgery 4 times in 1 year and had 3 penile fat injections! So for one year I had to change my entire healthy eating habits and eat junk food 24/7!

I later thought, "what if my family had a health history?" Could I have really done damage to myself? What if someone has a heart condition or diabetes! This is why I really want people to read my stories! I don't want anyone to make the same mistakes I did with Penile Fat Injections (Free Fat Transfer)!

I wanted to make sure that the permanent results that he claimed were true. He insisted that lumps, bumps and clumps are a thing of the past, and that it wouldn't happen to me. I believed him from the get go because he was a good friend, and I thought why would someone I'm close with con me out of $10,000? But ultimately the whole surgery was a disaster! But I didn't know at this time.

He then sold me a penis stretcher where he told me to wear it as much as I could during the day and night. I wore it for about a month until the day of the surgery. I didn't gain any length from it and it really made my glanular area sore from the band around it, but I still wore it as told. The device even slipped off of my penis and out of my shorts at a college football Michigan Wolverines game. Can you imagine if they had that footage on the big screen in front of 112,000 people???? I checked you tube and fortunately it wasn't on there!

But I believed him about the whole surgery because not only was he a friend (I thought), but also the head of his penis was 3 times larger then mine! I did see him shower at the gym numerous times, and he honestly has the largest penis I have ever seen in person! He kept saying that I could be as big as him or bigger! Now how could I not get interested?

He also told me that he is natural and never had any type of surgery. I was thinking that it's too bad he didn't have any Penis Enlargement Surgery before. Because that would have made me feel better about doing it and seeing what could have been my result.

But since I was sold on wanting to get huge, I booked a flight and was headed to get the lengthening and widening surgery done. I couldn't wait! But oh I wish I did more research!
