If you are looking to enhance your length and girth, then we recommend the Triple Augmentation™ Surgery. This includes the Glanular Enhancement, Penile Lengthening and Penile Widening Surgery with either Dermal Widening Grafts or Allograft Dermal Matrix AlloDerm (R).
