Fat Transfer Removal Patients Photos 1/28/11

This patient was told that he would have a longer and thicker penis by a very minimally invasive procedure called the Penile Free Fat Transfer. He also had Penis Lengthening done as well by this surgeon. But as I educate patients the lengthening procedure isn't always done correctly. This case is a fine example. He followed the surgeons instructions but still lost most of the FFT (Penile Fat Injection). Also a large penile fat nodule formed in the mid shaft of the penis. This is what happened to me as well.

This man didn't gain any length in two months after surgery, except what you see in the immediate pre/post op photo.

 You will see a very slim incision in the pubic region where the surgeon performed the Penile Lengthening. This was done by a Laser technique. There is no way to properly severe the ligaments needed to release the inner penis from moving outward of the body when the incision is only 1-2 cm wide. Scar tissue formed and he ended up losing length after his procedure.

Pre Surgical Photos 10/4/10

Immediate before/after photos like these is excellent for marketing. On many surgeons websites you see immediate pre/post operative photos just like this one below. This should never be viewed as a result that the patients will have. Immediately after surgery there is no scar tissue and the surgeon can stretch the penis much easier. But later in the day and in the coming months scar tissue will keep forming and restricting the inner penis from extending outward. Many surgeons like this one didn't educate this patient on proper penile stretching. They tell you a penis extender will do the trick. This is not the case.

Also improper techniques can do more harm than good, but immediate pre/post op results always look great.

Also look at the patients measurements and the surgeons measurements. How can the patient measure 6 3/4 flaccid stretched before surgery and the surgeon only measures 5.2"? This is because he is not stretching the patients penis to the full extent while starting the ruler 1/2 before the base of the penis. The doctor is also pushing the ruler into the patients pubic area in the after photo to make it look longer.

Immediate Pre/Post Operative Photos

Here you will see the same patient two months after his Free Fat Transfer surgery. He gained no extra length and most of the fat absorbed. But now he was left with a large lump nodule that formed at the mid shaft of the penis. He followed all instructions but like most men that try the Penile Free Fat Transfer, the result will end like this and the surgeon will either blame you or say this is very rare for lumps and absorption to happen.

1 month post operation. This patient that had the Free Fat Transfer Removal, Scar Tissue Revision and Penis Lengthening done the correct way. He has gained flaccid length and his penis has no irregularities except slight pink discoloration on the shaft which will go away in the coming months.
