Dermal Graft & Belladerm Photos Under Penile Skin
The photos below are explicit, although I edited them so they aren't too graphic. It does show you what Belladerm and the Dermal Graft looks like under the penile skin attached to the corpus.
The Dermal Fat Graft is used for adding permanent girth. The surgeon will harvest the Dermal Graft from under the creases of the buttock or lower back. You must be an ideal candidate for the Dermal Graft. The girth gains are from 1.5"-2.5" depending on the amount of tissue the patient has, the patients body type and looseness of the penis skin.
The Dermal Graft (DFG) stretches very easily compared with AlloDerm and BellaDerm. Right after harvesting, the graft shrinks a little bit (as shown in the photo), but it is very easy to stretch back to it's original size.
This graft covers the entire penis for the patient. The 6 inch graft is a very long graft and will stretch very well. The surgeon always puts the graft as deep as surgically possible around the inner penis. So when you use penis weights for gaining length after you are fully healed after surgery your inner penis will extend outward along with the graft over time.
The graft covers 3/4 of the shaft of the penis (both cavernous bodies). It does not
cover spongious body that contains urethra (a tube that travels
through the penis, and carries semen and urine).
This photo shown below shows 2 grafts already stitched taken from both sides of the buttock areas. Most patients don't need a graft longer than 6 inches. Usually the patient needs a graft shorter than 6 inches. But this isn't an issue for longer erect penises. The surgeon can harvest the correct size each time. Longer penises with looser skin from stretching will have the thickest result as long as they have enough tissue to harvest.
This six inch graft is due to the patients measurements. Precise measurements of the penis and the graft are for each patient. Visual estimation is a very wrong approach to any type of cosmetic surgery. It must be measured a few times before the surgeon cuts and stitches the Dermal Widening Graft.
