The surgeon specializes in Penile Fat Injection Removal (FFT, Free Fat Transfer Removal)! We do not perform Penis Fat Transfer because of the poor satisfaction rate. I personally tried Penis Fat Injections and it was as bad as can be! Most of fat absorbed and left me with lumps, bumps and clumps. I also had painful erections because the fat clumped up in the base of my penis.

The other number one Penile Revision Surgery the surgeon performs is Scar Tissue Removal. Scar tissue formation is very common due to immediate surgery trauma. This is mostly due to ineffective Penis Extenders and old Penile Lengthening techniques. The scar tissue can restrict your flaccid and erect penis. Now I educate all patients how to prevent any scar tissue from forming and make sure everyone has a successful surgery!

No other surgeon around the globe performs Triple Augmentation Surgeries (TM)! You will be able to combine Penile Augmentation surgeries at the same time without having to fly or drive back! Not all men are candidates for the Triple Augmentation so we will need detailed information on your penis, health and photos to determine the best surgical game plan for you.

 If you fit in a regular sized condom we will make sure you wear at least a Magnum condom after your surgery! I personally wear a Magnum XXL condom since the Magnum XL is too tight!

Our phalloplasty surgeons Dermal Widening Grafts procedure gives you the thickest permanent girth gains possible! You can expect gains of 1-2" on average in penile circumference. Some patients can expect larger gains if they have a longer penis and loose penis skin. I personally gained 1.8" in erect girth after 13 months!
